What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.― Buddha

The human mind, or, more precisely, our consciousness, is mysterious. Many theories exist about the mind and its functions. The greatest secret in humans is the mind, which is in the brain. The brain is the driver of everything humans can do. It is composed of many nerve cells, which is a natural miracle.

By examining the human brains of many people, we see that they look the same. However, the minds are very different. The mind creates an individual's character trait, which is how we distinguish people. With a physical examination, it is impossible to predict which brain belongs to which person, whether one brain belongs to a peaceful person or a person who is a madman or a murderer. Both brains are the same.

There Are Many Phenomena Hidden In The Human Mind

  • The phenomenon called Déjà vu has been the subject of much research for years and remains somewhat of a mystery. It is the feeling that we have already experienced a specific action or seen a situation, even though we know we have not. Most likely, it has to do with our memory. We have experienced something similar, but we cannot remember.

  • The Pygmalion effect is a psychological phenomenon in which high expectations lead to better performance. When we expect to do something well, it happens.

Poor expectations lead to poor performance. Therefore, people can affect reality, whether positively or negatively.

  • The placebo effect is when the patient believes that certain drugs can help him (which are false and do not have any active substances), but they help him, and later, he feels improvement.

Very mysterious and fascinating, isn't it?

How to Change Your Life?

Training the mind and our thoughts makes us feel more energetic, creative, and alive, making us very special. As we train our body, training our mind is just as important. Just as we can be in good and bad shape with muscles, it is with the mind. We can additionally work and improve the mind, as well as the muscles of the body, through fitness.

Each time we learn something new, we form neural pathways called "plasticity" in the brain. Learning new things keeps the brain in great shape and can change your life. Remember this, and do not forget to train your brain daily!
